Nope! but I had a cucumber saison by Village Brewing out in Calgary last summer and it was great. Perfect summer patio beer.

I'm hoping for similar results.

That sounds great! I just cut up a few cukes and steeped them. I'm thinking that should be good, but still debating whether to add one or two more to the secondary...

Sampling and taking a gravity reading on the French Saison I bottled today. Harvested the yeast strain in the jug in behind. Will transfer the good stuff to my sanitized mason jars shortly.

Checking my OG. I think this has got to be the brightest wort I have ever seen come out of my kettle!

Didn't take long for the Conan yeast to get up to speed. I pitched at about 3pm and this picture was taken at 11pm or so:

Nice. I use a small pump to recirculate PBW through taps and lines. Finish with recirculating water and then push star San through from a keg with compressed air.

Pics from today's DIPA brew. Accidentally melted/ripped our BIAB bag, so Kirsten stitched it back together (Becky, what do you think, could she make bags with you? :? )

A fun little brew. 2kg of Hop Flowers in the Mashtun. Best looking and smelling mix I've had yet.

Hop flowers in the mash FTW. If only you could put smells on the internet... This mash smelled AMAZING! And it looks purdy, too.

Hop additions really churns things up

Spent Hops in the leaf compost from the 500+ grams of hops in yesterday's brew.

First time I did a brew on the stove in a while and I can see why. I made a bit of a mess that I did not get a chance to clean before my wife saw it
