I don't see me making it to the city until mid February when I drop off my Brew-Off entry. I used Simcoe and I'm very happy with the results - I'd gladly drink all of it if I can't get the beer to you.
Could you set 2 of each aside, one for each of us? It doesn't look good that I am going to make it. I might be able to mule them before Andy makes it, I'll likely be in town for the next BJCP training session. Unless no one wants me BC single hop brew :( I wouldn't blame you if that's the case.

Tim, I didn't opt into the official single hop thing am not on the sheet. Back then I had a nugget brew already and posted here about it though. It's long gone however. I do have a citra brew right now but not using the official grain bill and I'm not in on the official beer swap. I will probably bring a few extra bottles if someone wants to trade though.

We can move your car to the driveway for the night.

Lots of street parking. 7&9 bus less than a block away.

This is good on top, and cheap to make. Really only need one color of cabbage. Up to you guys.

Horseradish Coleslaw

1/2 green cabbage, julienned
1/2 purple cabbage, julienned
2/3 cup cider vinegar
1 carrot, peeled and julienned
1 green apple, julienned and tossed with lemon juice to prevent from oxidizing
1/2 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped
1 cup President’s Choice Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons President’s Choice Horseradish, prepared
juice of ½ lemon
salt

There are 10 one hop guys. I bottled 2 each and I have extras too. The exam guys can take to the next meeting.

If you can swing 10 I think that would be fine.

If thats an issue you can bottle what you can and the out of town guys can have then and the in town guys can wait.

My 2 cents.
