Not mine, but still good. My last one, but that's OK as I don't have to stay the blazes home any more. And no those aren't five more on the stove, just the empties. Haven't decided what to do with them yet.

This Hefeweizen was fermented with Danstar Munich Classi0c. It has nice banana flavor.

Pale ale with lots of El Dorado hops in the whirlpool/dry hop and colored with Butterfly pea flowers (added to the whirlpool)! Looks blueish until you hold it up to the light and get that nice purple!

You may know already be aware, but the peaflowers are an anthocyanin and change colour with pH. Dryhopping typically increases the pH to some degree and bring the colour more towards a blue.

Yep, color is completely pH dependent and can be manipulated easily with a little acid addition if desired. Great point to bring up!
