I think they lost my order... Haven't had any reply to my queries either. I had good luck with them last year the twice I ordered. Cheap shipping and good correspondence. I wonder if some employees have changed or something? Sounds like everyone is getting dinged with shipping and the fact they won't respond to my e-mail for some reason is frustrating.

Be prepared for being charged duty when the package crosses the border. Us SAAZ folks ordered from Freshops back in the fall and got dinged with duty.

I received mine today and I wasn't charged duty. Unless I get sent a bill for the amount owed later?

Now to plan out some more recipes.

I only got my email sales receipt 2 days ago so I think they were late sending mine.

Also, you won't get another bill for duty. I'm assuming they came Canada Post.
