Re: Nomad Gourmet
Just got back from the Nomad Gourmet. Delicious. Had a burrito bowl with the brisket. Very smokey. I would highly recommend eating there if you work downtown.

I had the brisket burrito. Very good but a bit of hot sauce would have been better.

Re: Nomad Gourmet
I think I need to stash some emergency hot sauce in my desk at work. A little green scotch bonnet sauce would have made the burrito bowl go from good to great. They should make a fried egg an option for their burgers/burrito bowls. Eggs+hot sauce+brisket = heaven.

Why didn't you ask for some? I know for a fact Nick's got the sriracha back there.GAM wrote:I had the brisket burrito. Very good but a bit of hot sauce would have been better.

Are you out for Canada day?
I am being forced to go downtown and some waffle chicken may help.

Best thing to check before heading out, but I've been burned before by lack of updates.

The owner of Nomad Gourmet says he is taking the popular food truck off the road for the summer.
“I haven’t had a vacation with my kids” in a few years, Nick Horne said in a brief interview Wednesday.
The former auto mechanic launched the food truck in 2012 and has been going non-stop since that time.
Horne said he and the truck will return when his vacation ends and be back serving customers in September.
