Sounds great, guys!

Dry-hopped and barrel-aged cider? Craziness!

Just finished up a berliner weisse. With a 15 minute boil it was a relatively quick one to put on, although the ferment will probably take a few months. The Whitelabs 630 yeast smelled great.

Plan on brewing up my house Red and the Big Spurce competition IPA this weekend :cheers3:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

You can always play around with dry hopping, or different yeasts, fruit additions ect.

I may try to rip out a Porter on the new electric system. Just re-immersioned my cfc as I have no gravity drop and no pump purchase in sight.

I'm thinking of brewing... something. I'm thinking about a 4% oatmeal stout or an ordinary bitter since I need something less than 7% on hand.

Visitors welcome, the kegerator is up in action.

Actually I grabbed Simcoe and Columbus hops as well for this brew. Bit of a random recipe as it is using some busted grains that weren't claimed at Noble Grape.

Now that hunting season slowing down, time to replenish the kegs. Did a double batch of IPAs a couple of weeks ago.

Going to do a Weizenbock this Friday, I've never done that one before.

Brewed a batch of NG's Best Coast IPA two days ago. The fermentation is crazy, had to install a blowoff tube.
