I'm gonna try A Rogue Shakespeare Stout
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Can't go wrong with that one.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Definitely the best American Stout I've had. Maybe even the best stout period.

So far I have enjoyed an ESB and now on to a maple ale. May head down to premier wine and spirts and pick up a wee heavy by hell Bay and Oakham ale I haven't tried yet.

Boxing Rock Crafty Jack English Brown. Nice roasted malt taste, finishes dry with a touch of bitterness. Pick up a 1L from the market yesterday.

Dumped out about 50 litres of beer - between my brother and I, every time a batch went south, we'd take it to our parents basement (in hopes it might one day improve) - we decided they never will, and we dumped em out. Some were from mid 2010, oxidized and wild yeast infected.
planning: beer for my cousin's wedding
Fermenting: black ipa
Conditioning:
Kegged: barrel barleywine from 2014 - i think i still have this somewhere

Pretty good. I might like a bit more ibus, but that's getting nit-picky. Pretty much how a person would imagine a farmhouse stout, some tart yeasty character, and a creamy finish. Well done AFAIAC. Nice bottle design as well.

Word. I liked it, as did my non-craft beer drinking friend.
