Ha ha, that would be rich all right. I'm just a month into learning, so just still trying to get the cords down just yet,,, that and all the while trying to shift between cords without shagging it up. I should take a lesson or two from Jim to help me along.. perhaps later.
I am finding that trying to learn some songs I know helps me with the lessons. ;)

My kid (17yo) sucked me in to playing with him at church on Sunday. Hung over is no way to try to interpret any music.

Exactly, not many guys from his era in music that are still going that hard and cranking out an album every 2 or 3 years.

My brother-in-law just got back from touring with Al Stewart. He did all the great guitar work on the original Year Of The Cat.

Saw the documentary "Lemmy" last year, really cool flic. He certainly is about as true and honest as a rocker can get. No one ever told him what to do and how to do it. i will have to give the new album a listen for sure.

Lou Reed. I need to pay the homage. Great writer, awful tones.
