Going to be staying at Cambridge Suites for the weekend so I don't mind transporting some if someone can supply coolers/bags.

I've got plenty of tubs that can be used to transport/sit kegs in, and I can help with filling them up in the AM.

I'm throwing this thread together to better organize the ice gathering.

OK, we should be good for volunteers now, right?

Meet at 10am at H&T?
OK if we drop the ice off at Hoptoberfest site right after?

Whatever you figure will be appropriate, I'm using totes as well.

I'm hoping Nash or the security guard will be able to let us in the parking lot adjacent to the properties, it will make transporting the ice easier.

I've got a dollie - geez that sounds weird. It'll make the trek to a parking lot a bittt easier.

So, ice is still on at H&T for 10am? It's this at The front doors or is there a loading door or something? I have a couple of bins.

No bins, but I can provide a vehicle for hauling ice if it's needed.

Nash, can you confirm that you'll be at H&T at 10 to let us in to the parking lot and bar? Thanks!

Jeff, I wouldn't worry about picking up the cooler beforehand, but your help at the H&T will be appreciated. I've got more than enough tubs, and we can transfer some from a really full one into the cooler. AKA, I've got more tubs than I can pack in my vehicle, when they are full of ice.

Even easier, means I can sleep in longer in the morning.

I won't be there but somebody will

Text me when you're heading down and I'll let them know you're about there. There's several dollies there you can use too.
