Ha. Mine boiled over too. Using 20g cascade at 60, then 10g each at 20, 10, 5 and 0. So a very different hop schedule from the recipe.

Are you using corn? If not, don't worry about it.

Picked everything up this morning...good to go for a brew day and some meat on the smoker

Brewed up this Cali Steam, botlled a white wine, a Dutch Lager, and the Too Hoppt German Lager. Smoked a Pork Shoulder, couple racks of ribs, and sausages.
All that and I forgot to take pics lol...I blame the Irish Red we were sampling (one of our brews)

Got my Watermelon Wheat brewed up not too long ago. I'll be racking it over onto fresh watermelon puree once primary fermentation is complete.

Brewed up some Triple Threat Wheat again this weekend. Rice hulls really did a sweet job. Half tempted to try some in a non wheat brew....

Getting ready for sunny days like most of the guys on here, this weekend I am kegging a Mexican Cerveza and brewing a plain jane American Wheat Ale using WLP001. If approved, will use this recipe or adjusted recipe as needed as the base for more exotic wheat ales......like that Watermelon version by canuck, that sounds strangely awesome.
