Just finished a la fin du monde great beer, very well made. I. Not the biggest fan of the clove favor on it but it is a really nice beer.

Dogfish Head Palo Santo Marron. Really interesting but I wouldn't have recognized this as a barrel aged beer. Maybe because its an exotic wood I'm not familiar with. It's 12% with a slight alcohol burn bit still enjoyable. I taste something I can only compare with the taste of black licorice. It's a great beer but I have to say I enjoyed the Dogfish Head Induan Brown Ale more.

Double oatmeal stout, had a Winter warmer before with a nice strong vanilla taste (made by a friend), and I started the night/supper hour with a American Wheat. Light to dark I guess for a nice day.

Not to be confused with RubberToe's Red, which I'm drinking.
Grilling up a striploin steak on the kamado, reverse sear method. I have a weekend of BBQ and Beer planned! Beef back ribs, pork ribs, and some type of pork loin, peppers, and cheese fatty like roll glazed in cowboy candy broth.

Well I'll try not to fall face first into the grill. At least tomorrow will be low and slow, not 700F.

Lots of chocolate on the nose, would like a fuller body to support it.

Grabbed a couple of these:

Quite a pleasant IIPA. Almost hard to believe it is that strong from the taste.
Also, a bottle each of 8 Wired's Tall Poppy India Red Ale and The Big Smoke

Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA
I'm very very impressed with this beer. I admit I wasn't sure if the DFH ale would live up to all the hype but I'm completely sold. I love the Indian Brown and the 90 Minute IPA is the best IPA I've ever had by far. Much more sweetness than I expected and although it's seriously hoppy it is not bitter. Wow I could put away a few of these.

Picaroons 104th regiment. This is a nicely hopped brown. A co worker gave me a bottle as she knows I enjoy their beer and her son is a brewer there and helped design this one. Really impressed by this beer.

I had a growler of Big Spruce Oatmeal Stout and a Combination pizza in my hotel room in Sydney last night. A real Cape Breton supper!
