Hey X, what's the insulation material you used on your kettle? Love the exhaust hood too, very inventive.

Hot water heater bubble wrap, with a layer of goretex underneath.

X, what am I looking at here? Is that your MT or your BK? I can't figure out if you are filtering the outflow or using some sort of grain bed to defuse the stream of sparge water. If it is the latter, would you mind explaining your setup. I've been looking in to ways of automating my sparge.

BK. That strainer is there to catch the grain that gets through the false-bottom on the MT.
