I hope you enjoy the "prizes" in the beer boxes. I got my own bottle washer back.

Thanks for the trades everyone, sorry I couldn't make it. It looked like a good time. Looking forward to trying each of these. :cheers3:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

A word of warning: the Challenger bottle I gave LD shattered as he was opening it, so please be careful. I'm hoping it was a one-time occurrence. I just used random pry off bottles that I've amassed over the years. I don't have insurance for sliced hands.

A1! I put the keg back into circulation today after sequestering it until bottling. It kicked after 2.5 pints. I can see me brewing this beer again, I really enjoyed it.

It looks like the SAAZ contributions will be on the Chalmers bus this weekend. How many bottles do we need to send? I think I remember reading 15, 2 for the meeting and 1 for each participant - is that how many showed up? Obviously, Graham & I can just swap ours here.

Also, are ours still at GAM's or did you booze-hounds drink them all? :mebeer:

If my numbers add up, I should send 13?
13 participants - Graham's - mine + 2 for next meeting = 13

As an update, I picked up Akr & Graham's beers (Simcoe and Bramling Cross) last week. I will bring them to the meeting Tuesday to distribute to all involved.

So, I went into the cellar tonight, to add some goodies from my trip to Philly, and realized I still have 3 each of akr's and Graham's beers. I know this is from a long time ago, but did anyone miss out on the Simcoe and Bramling Cross beers? I'd like to get those to you!
