Pressure Canner
I just scored a Presto 418 18L pressure canner for $40. I'm going to be canning a bunch of starter wort this weekend in 1L and 1.5L jars. Booyah.

Re: Pressure Canner
That's sweet. I've never thought of canning wort before. I do use a lot of starter wort and I it is a pain in the ass to make up fresh (even from DME) each time. Hmmm....

Try these http://www.bottlebrew.com/. Hogie and I started using them all the time for starters. They are $4.99 each at the co-op. Easy as shit.
I am sure you can get them somewhere in HRM.

Re: Pressure Canner
To be honest, it's not that hard to just make 5 gallon of 2-row wort and can it. 8.5lbs of 2-row and boil it for ten minutes after it's done.
Then can it in 1-litre mason jars. I have the mason jars so this is what I'll do. Maybe this weekend!.

I'm doing a batch this weekend too. Costs much less per starter too.
