WTB: 1-litre bottles
Hey Everyone,
So my neighbor was bugging me to show him how to brew this weekend and so the next time I brew I'll have him over. I figure we can split a 10 gallon batch and everyone wins. He's not quite ready to dive head first into it with a kegging system so I told him I'd look for bottles for him. I figure 1 litre bottles have the best resale if he decides to go for a keg later. So anyone looking to get rid of some bottles?
Dave

Plastic bottles are not for long term storage of beer as far as I know.
It would depend on how fast he was going to drink them I guess.

I grabbed the bottles. For $25 you can't go wrong. this guy isn't going to have beer in them longer then a couple of months at the most.

Its all personal preference i guess. Personally, i hated the larger bottles....glass was never big enough for full pour and then there'd be some left in the bottle, then it'd get mixed up with the sediment if wasn't careful....main reason i got rid of all my Fischer bottles. 500ml bottles were my choice for bottles.
