New brewer here located outside Truro. I've been fermenting different things for a couple years now. It started with kombucha and other similar beverages then slowly morphed into getting a still and distilling "water" all through Covid, as people do when they live in countries where distilling other things is frowned upon.
Recently I saw some homebrew equipment for sale and decided to give it a try. I've decided to start easy with a couple FestaBrew kits from Noble Grape just to see if I can make something that doesn't taste like swamp water. But I'm very excited to learn from some old hands on this forum and see where this new hobbie will take me.
