Does anyone have a link to the lake major ion concentrations? Was gonna give brun water a go today but spent 20 mins on HW's website and couldn't dig it up.

I used to brew with LM water back in the day when I was in uni...kit and kilo...Doric, muntona, John Bull laaglander lol. Some of turned out palatable but definitely Stone Age swill compared to technology, extracts and partials and all grain. I've a buddy who still table sugars his Doric and no heating just fire sugar and yeast lol. Convinced him to upgrade to SS fermentors and so now he ferments 92 litres of Doric!
