Bock is one of the lager styles I do know a little and to me this is an excellent example. Nice big but not overpowering malt flavor but a drier finish than you expect when you first taste it (that lager thing again). Lovely color, ultra clear and perfect carb. I could drink this all night. Thanks!

Great beer Adam, nice layered malt profile with a clean finish. Great stuff

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Mine was tasty enough but flat. The threads on my bottle were not on good shape. I guess that evens out Adam getting a flat bottle of my brew.

It was fun to have a couple of malty lagers consecutively. Great Munich flavour in this beer. Malty sweetness was very nicely balanced. Thanks and Merry Christmas Adam!

Just drank this beer. Very easy drinking, and could drink another. However looks like I'm onto #19

I got a really flat bottle and it's taking away from how good i'm sure it is carbonated.
