Bottling 24 each of 5 different beers from the kegs today. It's going to be a lot of work :(

I think it was $15 something. BN discount taken off that.

Did you find a source?

Nothing great, i'm still using muskoka bottles. 15 isn't too bad. I'm paying 10$ for 24 Muskoka bottles and i have to soak and peel the labels off.

What do you have wrapped around the burner? Stupid Question - is it on?

Looks like something to keep the heat on the pot but I can pick out what it is

Finally got around to punching some holes in my big ass boil kettle and now leak testing. Took a couple of days off in early April to hopefully knock out four ten gallon batches. Figured I better start prepping now.

It's nothing special, just one of these on the inside: https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/elbarb.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for a clockwise whirlpool.

Finished the second step of my Brett starter... Looks a bit moldy to me. Going to leave it a few days to see if they grow or fall back in.

Anyone have thoughts? Brian did your starter look like this at all?

It's day 3 for my Belgian Dark Strong. I've been keeping an eye on the blow off. Woke up to this.

I think I used the same yeast and it went off like a bugger also. What temperature are you fermenting at Rob?
Wyeast 3787
Flocculation: Medium
Attenuation: 74-78%
Temperature Range: 64-78F, 18-25C
Alcohol Tolerance: 11 to 12% ABV or higher
