Re: The Official What's Cooking Thread [Food Porn]
We called it the TehComa burger, 'cause it'll put you into teh coma
It's a "Krave Burger" as the base with a few mods...
- 3 x 5oz patties
- 3 x cheese slices
- add bacon
- remove ketchup
- remove fried onions
- add fresh onion
- add jalapenos
- add onion ring
**Comes with sliced tomato but it fell off or something
Jeff wanted a little extra crispy fry time on the bun, I would agree. I'd also ask for a little extra "Krave sauce" next time. All in all, they were outfuckingstanding!!!!
That and a glass of juice for breakfast was my total caloric intake for the day

Prime Rib from Chaters . Over 1kg. Searing this on the kamado later for at least 5 min per side. I want it at least medium though. Let it roast with the vents off for a while after that?
Help.

Re: The Official What's Cooking Thread [Food Porn]
With my idea of 'sear', 5 minutes would burn it all to fuck. Soooo... I'd likely sear it for maybe 2 mins per side just to mark it and get some char then move it to indirect heat to come to target internal temperature. You could do that in the oven after the sear, or, if I had a Vision Kamado I'd more likely do a reverse sear on that bad boy.RubberToe wrote:Prime Rib from Chaters . Over 1kg.
