We can’t afford to stay here for more than a year or two as I would have to work until I am 98 to pay off the mortgage. In the meantime it might make a good Brewnoser’s venue.
Help me sell it please! So I can afford my home brewing hobby

Thanks, I will contact McKay’s about that. It was on the market about 10 years ago for a similar price to present. It wasn’t marketable when we bought it, apart from the pool being full of rotten leaves, old bikes and God knows what with a rotten deck around it, the main thing was it had asbestos. $25,000 later and a lot of men in white suits with masks and breathing apparatus, with the interior walls torn down, the place was declared free of asbestos. The owners moved away to BC and wanted out. It was like the Money Pit movie – and Yes! The electrician did ask for a large drink when he finished looking around.RubberToe wrote:Not many homes in the Valley sell for over $500k so it could be a tough one. Did you do a lot of work on it? That's quite the increase in price since 2010. It's a beautiful place though. BTW the price drop isn't reflected in the video tour you posted.
