Only 3 wire though. Good for a kettle power cord (hot, hot, ground) but not for a control panel that can do 110 and 240. Still a really good price and great for an electric kettle.

Yeah - $12.99 - probably low price as most electric dryers use a neutral. Like RT said - great for the boil kettle supply.

Looking a bit closer, the plug end doesn't match a 30A configuration - it's most likely a 50A plug - too big for a 20A plug. It is rated as a 30A device though.

That's an odd unit, the blades are angled....

It's an old 30A 240V w/neutral dryer plug, no ground. Although these are often wired with grounds or neutral. The L shaped pin should be Neutral and not ground.

EDIT: Beaten to it.
