If Chris is going to continue to use strong language, I might make an appearance.

Graham, did you brew a single hop beer? Are you headed to the tasting?
I'm still getting caught up on the forum from the holidays. I have been fighting back a cold that floored me. I am on the mend, but don't want to commit until I know its gone for good. I did brew the bramling cross and I'm not a huge fan so I would really like to trade some bottles for others brew, but I have it in a keg and have yet to get it into any bottles. Hopefully I will feel up to bottling after work later in the week.

Bottled last night. Odd tasting, but I think if it's carbed and cool it could be OK. We shall see.

I am still going to brew another batch.

My math on the co2 splitter was off. I can handle 5 kegs.

Sounds good, though in reality we'd only need a ball and pinlock connection, don't think we'll be draining kegs so quickly we'll need them all hooked up simultaneously!

People bringing kegs should bring a thumb tap if they've got one.

Also, how people can you accommodate? Did you want to open this up to the full BN crew, or just the single hop guys plus a couple of others? Might be nice to invite folks who can't normally make it to the Tues evening meetings.

I can't make it, but I would still love to swap if folks are willing to wait a month for delivery. I don't see me making it to the city until mid February when I drop off my Brew-Off entry. I used Simcoe and I'm very happy with the results - I'd gladly drink all of it if I can't get the beer to you.
