Looks like he's on Rolling Hills Drive. If it's convenient for you to pick that up, it'd be much appreciated! I can PM you with his info.

General question, are we going for a third round for this barrel? or is it done after two?

It would be nice to get this emptied soon. I was hoping to be drinking this over xmas, and there's still time. What everyone's schedule looking like? It would be awesome if we could empy on the Dec 8/9th weekend.

I was hoping too that this would be ready for Christmas. I'm available Dec. 8/9 if that happens.

What's required (gear-wise, people-wise) to get this emptying to happen this weekend or the next? I'll be in Halifax the 15/16th...

I think it's just working out a schedule with Kegger?
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Has anyone been in touch with him to arrange a time?

Hey guys, I was talking to Nick about it this evening at the Garrison thing. He has some downtime between Christmas and New Years and we can arrange a time around then, and a weekday is ok too.

What is everyone's schedule like around then? I'll have some time off around then as well. The 27th or 28th would probably work out best for me, how about everyone else? If it's a day I'm completely free I don't mind muling people and / or kegs around either.

What are we going to use for a pump?

And if this goes down on a day I'm not free (like that Sat or Sun) I'll have to rely on one of you guys.

My availability is pretty good between the 26th and the 30th. For the first round they used an air pump to pressurize the barrel and it worked great which I believe is X's pump you speak of.

I can likely help out with some that might not be able to make it out.

Edit: Wait a sec... I don't think I matter, I'm not in on this one. Carry on.

I'll be bringing a couple of empty kegs with me to the grain pickup for the SAAZ guys. Would someone be able to handle those for us?

Dec 28 10AM works great for me. I have Hogie's keg, and will be getting the 2 SAAZ kegs from Jeff at the NCM pickup. That's 4/10, hah.

How's the rest of you? I can do some more legwork.

We need to secure that pump too. Anything else? Bucket of starsan, etc?
