I just checked the google doc, its showing 16 people signed up for it. If this is incorrect maybe somebody bailed, sheet wasn't updated I suppose?
Maybe those that have brewed can go to the spreadsheet and mark the variety they used.

Brewed mine on October 27. It's starting to clear out pretty well in the fermenter, haven't tasted or checked FG just yet though.

I was late getting to mine, brewed just this Monday past. It might not be carbed in time for a December meeting but I can still deliver bottles so everyone can take some home with them. Who knows, maybe it will ferment out quickly.

I was thinking of brewing mine this Thursday, which will be a about 4 weeks before the 'typical'' December meeting. That's enough to get it fermented, dry hopped, and into a keg (barely). I can't seem to follow what was decided for the meeting as far as 'sharing'. Seems that it got a bit complicated and nobody has taken charge (Gavin.. cough! haha). I'll probably brew it anyway, and if it works out that I can bring a growler and a few bottles (from the keg) great. If not, it'll still be good beer.

No dry-hopping necessary & we were planning on bringing 1 bottle for everyone involved (15) to take home + a couple for the meeting.

Ok, so let 'me' try to summarize;

Recipe;
1.056 OG
94% 2 row
6% C60

35IBU @ 60 min
12 IBU @ 20 min
2 oz @ flameout

Need 15 x small bottles + bomber/growler for meeting in early/mid December (preferrably on a weekend!)

So should be lots of time for folks to make these still, and I guess I'll make it on Thursday.

Not that it makes a huge difference, but grain bill should be:

94% 2-Row
6% C60

But you don't get any IBUs from the 0 minute addition.

I've updated the spreadsheet a bit, I hope that's OK. Please fill in the details as you get them, guys!

http://goo.gl/rCjGT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And we should now start talking about availability for December tasting. Are we aiming for mid-month? And I think we're aiming for a Fri or Sat event, so we can enjoy a bit more than at a Tuesday event.
Dec 7/8, 14/15 or 21/22?

I'd like to switch back to Northern Brewer. I just finished my pound of Cascade and I think I'm Cascaded out... I'm going to pick up a pound of Northern Brewer today. Is this going to be an issue?

my OG came out at 1.054 and FG at 1.015 ish

The chinook hops are quite nice. Fruity but a unique spiciness at the same time.

I would try again - I created the sheet and it's completely open access.
