OK folks, here's the scenario.
Next Sunday should be ok for it. Say 9AM?
How's that looking for you guys?
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Yes. That plan was never an officially endorsed idea.

Pretty good. Everyone is done with the exception of DC his is still fermenting so hopefully it will be down by Sunday. Amherst delivery has been made so we are looking good so far.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Mine is still active, airlock is letting out a bubble every 57sec or so, hope this dies down in the next few days. Surface has calmed down majorly.

Also guys, remember that the barrel wasn't free. A few of us have squared up with johnnymac, but I'm sure there is still money owing on this. IIRC, for all of us it was $10 a head.

Does Nick still have the angel share from last brew? If DC's beer isn't ready we may need it.

Just checked my gravity and its down to 1.022, this is the first time i checked it since racking (it was at 1.06 down from OG 1.115)
I think In the future I should invest in some Fermcap for larger beers that have strict deadlines,

Glad to hear it's ready, 1.022 is perfect! Get that in a keg and to Nick's for Sunday morning, but remember don't carb it. :cheers3:

Would you prefer it to be put into a keg, or a carboy in a milk crate?

You can drop if off at my place tomorrow Rob. PM me.

Dirt Chicken - put it in a keg. Moving it in a carboy could oxidize it.
