I subbed out the WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale Yeast for WLP410 Belgian Wit II Ale Yeast (Platinum Strain) but all others were in stock. This is shipping on Monday, should be here Wednesday or Thursday.

Was going to pick up another vial or two of ClarityFerm, and maybe try out something tart like WLP630, WLP644, WLP648. I'll check in with you when the order arrives and see what came in that's not already spoken for...

I have lots of clarity ferm in stock and more coming and I've got 3 each of the WLP630, 644 and 648. So you should be good to go.
