Agreed, really looking forward to this one as well. Will be cracking it open when I finish up work (hopefully very early this afternoon).

Lovely Saison here Brian. Enjoying this while relaxing at my parents place this Xmas Eve.
The Brett adds a nice layer of flavour on this. Good carb as the bubbles are still coming up and I poured this a while ago.
Thanks for this!

Nice beer, not too dry, but lots of nice yeast character, I'm not getting funky horse notes, but a touch of something else maybe leather?

Re: Advent #24, LiverDance's Farmhouse Saison
Glad you guys enjoy it. I would have liked a little more time for the Brett character to establish stronger. Happy Holidays everyone and Merry Christmas. Glad to be a part if this fun brewnoser event.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

This was a really well made beer. I'm not a big fan of beers with a lot of esters but I enjoyed it. Nice.

Thought this was perfect! Lots of complexity but not muddied at all. Amazing creamy mouthful with just the right amount of sourness at the end. Probably my most favorite so far. Well done!

Thanks Brian, I liked this one a lot. I took it to my dad's Christmas Eve party and split it with some people, figuring I didn't need to drink the whole bottle myself when I got home. It was very popular, and didn't last too long. Well done!

Only got a small taste of this one before my wife nabbed it away after I let her try it. Good job! She usually is not one for beer.

Catching up on my advent beers, drinking this now. Excellent beer, too bad I have a cold so I can't fully taste all the flavours.
