Tapping a cask of the DIPA I fermented with the beast tomorrow at 4 pm, dry-hopped in the cask with Simcoe :spilly:

I took a gravity reading this evening... 1.010. :headbang:

Dry hopped via steep method 80g of citra. (in a 22L batch).

Compared to US-05, does Conan yeast make a more cloudy beer? It's probably one of my other variables, but wanted to exclude the yeast as a contributing factor. Thanks.

Mine seems to take off like a rocket and be done quicker than 05. Takes more cooling when it is in full swing. Any other attributes people have noticed for this yeast?
