Compared to US-05, does Conan yeast make a more cloudy beer? It's probably one of my other variables, but wanted to exclude the yeast as a contributing factor. Thanks.
Mine seems to take off like a rocket and be done quicker than 05. Takes more cooling when it is in full swing. Any other attributes people have noticed for this yeast?
