Dear Jimmy , hello all Canadian homebrewers, hello "yeastmasters" and "noseres" from Halifax ,
My name is Libor , and under nickname CzechBeerMan I am known as home brewer , beer and brewery reporter and beer taster (I already tested and tasted beers from 168 countries) from Czech republic , EU. I would like to exchange some contacts and friendships in Canada and offer my experiences and recipe , ...... so if any member of your homebrewing club will be interested , I can send him / her my recipe on real czech lager beer named "Teplice´s Touchstone I" and "Teplice´s Touchstone II". First beer is pale (light) lager , second is semidark lager . Both about 4,5 - 4,7°% ABV. This service is for 15 CAD (or 12 USD) for amateur homebrewer (and 28 CAD or 25 USD for commercial brewer if any of them should be interested in ) and for that money any homebrewer or person who ask me , will receive following :

1) letter with printed version of recipe on both beers accompanied by rich photo documentary . Recipe is very detailed , complete , easy to follow and arranged (sorted) simply and clearly by steps (from Step 1 to Step 20) .... as I am saying : easy to understand and follow. This letter will be sent to stated postal address by (registered) letter !
2) e.mail with the same
3) 2 - 3 pieces of nice beer coasters from czech microbreweries (will be in registered letter -
as stated in point 1) !!!
