How to Salvage a Mangrove Jack's

Post by kchad » Sun Sep 08, 2013 11:14 pm

Hi All! I'm stuck with a Mangrove Jack's Mild. Is there any way to use it, build upon and/or modify to make a drinkable beer?

If you want to change it my first thought is American brown ale. Boost the gravity, add some steeping grains (including brown or chocolate malt, bit of crystal), and hop it up a bit.
