Crushing coriander
I have 3oz of coriander to crush for a witbier on Sunday, and I'm thinking I don't want to crush it in my mortar and pestle. Can I just run this through my grain mill, or is that a bad idea?

I don't see what harm could occur.

I think it's worth a try. You might want to run it through before your grains so they can "clean" your mill after. Just a thought, but it probably doesn't matter at all!

Oh yeah, it is going in the boil right?

Yeah, I figured I'd run it through, collect it, and then run my grain through it. Then it's going in at the end of the boil.
