Making an IPA today. Magnum for the bittering charge. Lots of Columbus and Simcoe. Amarillo added to that mix at end of boil and dry hopped with all 3 flavouring hops plus some Chinook.

I finally fixed my piece of crap grain mill by throwing it on the pavement a couple times. It never worked better. I kidd you not. True story.
