Re: Random brewing pics
Postponed yesterday's brew due to weather and instead ran it this morning. 1.055 APA with Columbus, Cascade, and Centennial. Fermented with Vermont Ale.

Sandy...
I hear ya....we were hiding in the garage...lol...the rain held off long enough for us to brew...
Garage brewing at its best
But I fear if we had a 45gal drum...it would soon have a ball valve in it lol

Gotta love the imagination of an 11 year old brewing assistant on a rainy day.

I racked my second batch of beer int the secondary. I added three oz of citra hops as per the recipe. Looks funny. Smells like heaven.

I have that problem with my iPhone at times. I find if you crop the photo slightly using a photo editor, it usually fixes the issue.

Re: Random brewing pics
Test fitting my old brew vessel with some spare hardware. I'm thinking of running it off of 110v and using it for BIAB mash only with the control box I built for the smoker. This way I can mash in this while my main brew is going, then when the other brew is in the fermenter I can transfer this into the kettle.
I could pull off a 20 gallon brew day in record time.

Re: Random brewing pics
That's pretty sweet. I'd love to get a multi unit going, just hammer out 2-3 10 gallon batches at a time. Would make brewing so much easier... cleanup would be a shit show tho.

New gear that I picked up from RubberToe's place today. Looking forward to starting to build out the electrical bits for this setup.
