Have a trio of beers planned for the weekend.
Dubbel with palm sugar, because, well Saskatoon has very little selection of brewing adjuncts, and I think it will impart an interesting flavour. Supposedly more fructose than sucrose, but I have no idea.
AK 1917, I flubbed the first batch I made here in Saskatoon...turns out if you don't rinse out your chlorine detergent solution from your system, your beer tastes like cleaning solution

... this is why you should enjoy the beer after brewing, not before...
Christmas beer. Cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and star anise.
Shakedown brews for my upgrades to my brewing system. New mash tun, and affiliated parts.
On Tap "in bottles": winter beer (spiced beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cloves)
In Secondary:
In Primary: winter beer (spiced beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cloves)
