Not brewing but got some welding done on my kettle. Added a new manway. Lord fuck it is nice to have a TIG welder again.

Just finished bottling my Dunkel Weasel: modified BBS's Winter Wheat recipe. I kept the temp lowish at 60F, but at 100% wheat base malt I'm still getting some banana on the nose.

Brewing up a easy lawnmower beer for the picky friends. Haha. And adding a gallon of strawberry purée to my wheat beer.

Re: Random brewing pics
Funny
The colors actually normally serve a purpose. I normally don't label my hop additions because I use the containers in an order based on their color - following the fibre optic color code: blue, orange, green, brown, slate, white, red, black, yellow, violet, rose, aqua. It didn't work out on this brew because I had too many additions.

Full keggerator. 6 on low pressure, 2 high, 2 not on CO2 but pressurised. 6 faucets and resisting the urge to get more. The more kegs I have on the longer it takes to go through one.

"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe
