Grabbed ingredients to make a challenger single hop pale ale and also a Columbus hopped pale ale to which I'm going to add coffee. Should almost use up the remaining hops in my freezer.

The weather here is too shitty to brew outdoors, so I think I'll just bottle up my IPA that's ready.

It's cold and going to be rainy this afternoon, so no brewing here either. Going to keg and dry hop a IIPA and disassemble and clean a bunch of empty legs.

Cold and shitty here as well. I actually wasn't planning on brewing today, but since it's so crappy outside I decided to brew my Hawaiian Pale ale today.

When you are an indoor brewer, cold and wet days are perfect as you don't feel like you are missing out on a nice day outside. Made wort for one of my beers last night and started the boil this morning. Will get the other one brewed today as well.

Yeah, it was Jon (-gm) whom I brewed with today. He brewed it with Kelp, and IMHO it was pretty darn good!

No lobster or kelp for me. This Friday its Wifey's Wheat and if I have the time something that I can use Nottigham yeast for (no time to whip up a starter). Maybe an oatmeal stout?

Just mashed in a brew to keep around for company and family that don't appreciate real beer, pilsner malt, 2 row and minute rice, 1 oz of tettnanger at 60 and 1/2 oz at flameout.

Picked up a Festa Cerveza just to keep the stocks up. Would you fellas add maybe a little hops to this. I was thinking I may dry hop a little cascade or sazz or just leave it alone. Possibly an ok lawnmower beer.
Drinking: Red Hook clone
Waiting on: Fruit beer
