you gotta go here: White Labs Tasting Room.
They serve various flights of four beers made from the same mash but fermented with different yeasts. It's an excellent way to compare subtly different yeasts (and get drunk).

Very cool. Looks like you hit English yeast day
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Almost all of the taps were live with something yummy. The list is here. One can order any of the groups in the list as a flight or mix and match. They also pour pints and fill growlers.

Very cool experience. I would trust that piece-of-shit VWR fridge about as far as I could throw it.

Who are the yeast geeks on here any way? KMcK posted and RubberToe was the first to respond

Does look interesting. Would be a good spot for a Brewnosers' trip.
