Chicken feet
Does anyone know where I can find chicken feet anywhere around here?
I want them for my ramen broth, gelatin content and stuff.

Seriously though, the No Frills up here in Sydney has them sometimes. Might be worth calling the one down there.

Re: Chicken feet
Yeah it just occurred to me to try Asian grocery stores, thanks. Also it appears that House of Halal may carry them according to their website.
I'm making some tori paitan ramen broth with shoyu tare tomorrow but will skip the chicken feet this time. I'll cheat and add some packaged gelatin. It helps emulsify the fat and adds to the mouthfeel.
