That sounds great, I'd love to show up for that. I'll have to see what my schedule is like. Unfortunately, a lot of my weekends are taken up with my detailing business.......but I'll try my best to make it.Graham.C wrote:Deal, too bad we are about 2 hours apart. Although, we are doing a barley wine tasting here (SAAZ group) in two weeks. I looks like it might be potluck style eats if you can make it.canuck wrote:Graham, that looks awesome!![]()
Trade ya for some fried chicken........I'd be happy to do up a chicken for that.

Excellent looking grub gentlemen!
Found 8 lbs of tri-tip roast, did them low and slow like brisket. One Cajun rubbed, S&P on the other
A pair of 9 lb Cajun rubbed hams about to take on a shit-ton of smoke...
Bacon wrapped brussel sprouts...
The other day HPHunter gave me a giant porterhouse from his grass-fed steer, I didn't weigh it but it was prolly about 20 oz... Crappy shot but it was delicious just the same... Thanks for the steak HPsauce, it was tender and freaking delicious!!!

They're effin' delicious too. So much bacon in this batch for some reason...even though I put the same amount in as always - which is a full package. lol
BUT, you can NEVER have too much bacon

Cooked up a center cut ham slice for supper. Lightly seasoned with Nash's homemade BBQ sauce. Tasted divine. Smashed Potatoes, stuffing, pees, and cream corn soup rounded off the plate. I was to hungry too take a plate pic.

Ham looks great HP! Cookies look wicked Becky but.... do you think you could use two lbs of bacon next time?
I smoked about 20 hot peppers for a trial run. The electric box smoker is perfect for doing these. Pulled brisket hammered with chilies, cilantro, green onions, parsley and garlic in smoked pan sauce. Fucking.Wicked.
