Had some Kingtown Chinese. Was tasty. Forget all the stuffs we had. But I didn't miss out on one of my favourites except the hot and sour soup.

Couldn't wait till Sunday, made a grilled cheese just now, sourdough, avocado, goat milk brie, a pinch of salt. Tastes great but missing a little something, maybe something acidic. Maybe I'll use some chili lime mayo next time

I think you're missing the kraft single  surely enough chemicals in there to take care of the acidity problem!

Tempura scallops, asparagus, green onion. Sprigs of green onion tempura'd too. Enjoying with some Boxing Rock La Rive Du Sud / Biere de Garde. It may have paired nicer with the Unibroue Trois Pistoles I had beforehand though.

That looks tasty. I keep meaning to try making one of David Chang's recipes from Momofuku. Lot of goddamn effort though!
