I woke up last night with wicked heartburn though.

I had a bunch of leftover hard boiled eggs from my daughter's Easter party yesterday and had this idea to use some up. There was also bacon broken up and mixed around, it was yummy.

While some of you were enjoying some internet bitching I was enjoying some real life.

Tempura scallops, asparagus, green onion. Sprigs of green onion tempura'd too. Enjoying with some Boxing Rock La Rive Du Sud / Biere de Garde. It may have paired nicer with the Unibroue Trois Pistoles I had beforehand though.
