RubberToe, that's the best looking potato salad I've seen... I can't eat the bacon, but damn, I wish I could...

I'd just put it in my mouth and chew like it was potato salad. All goes I the same place and out the same exit.

Thanks. :)

I woke up last night with wicked heartburn though.

I had a bunch of leftover hard boiled eggs from my daughter's Easter party yesterday and had this idea to use some up. There was also bacon broken up and mixed around, it was yummy. :D

Big UPs to the Rubberpotatoe salad! I love a good potatoe salad, comfort food for me.

Early morning brew day, made a snack after mashing in!
Rushed but still tasty.

Good looking sandwich HP!

Picked up another prime rib from SuperStore and split it into two nice steaks for Easter dinner.

I have to share something funny that my daughter said with you guys.

She was talking about Easter dinner and how she was too full for desert, but it was ok. Picture skinny 7 year old girl, "But there was meat. MY LIFE IS MEAT!".

Too funny, a chip off the ole block. ;)

Looks great. I did a pulled pork on the weekend too. It will be all gone tonight so maybe I should do another...

Interesting, looks great too. Is it spicy with all that Cajun?

Of course it's spicy, I made it. :rockin: That's said, there's not that much spice on it....

Duck was excellent. Finished it off last night. It was easily the most tender I have ever eaten.

While some of you were enjoying some internet bitching I was enjoying some real life.

Tempura scallops, asparagus, green onion. Sprigs of green onion tempura'd too. Enjoying with some Boxing Rock La Rive Du Sud / Biere de Garde. It may have paired nicer with the Unibroue Trois Pistoles I had beforehand though.
