Serrano peppers and kimichi and coffeed ginger and sugard beet syrup and sriracha and unneccessary amounts of spice and hot sauce.
A fried egg with sriracha stirred into the yolk.
Burger.
Buns toasted in butter with a few drops of birch syrup
more sriracha.
Breakfast got a little out of hand. My burger was on fire.

Pastrami, made from 2 Boys corned beef brisket, rubbed with pepper and coriander, smoked for many hours.
I also did up a bunch of smoked Balderson cheddar and back bacon. Will post pics of the bacon tomorrow.
