Breakfast for supper. Lavendar Espresso Rub Cheese with flaming ice wine barrel aged 57% whiskey topping. Don't tell me whiskey can't be a condiment.

Serrano peppers and kimichi and coffeed ginger and sugard beet syrup and sriracha and unneccessary amounts of spice and hot sauce.

A fried egg with sriracha stirred into the yolk.

Burger.

Buns toasted in butter with a few drops of birch syrup

more sriracha.

Breakfast got a little out of hand. My burger was on fire.

Nice - are you using a dehydrator for the jerky or a really slow smoke?

Pastrami, made from 2 Boys corned beef brisket, rubbed with pepper and coriander, smoked for many hours.

I also did up a bunch of smoked Balderson cheddar and back bacon. Will post pics of the bacon tomorrow.
