This has to be the 5th post I've seen (on various forums) about making homemade big macs.
Looks delicious.

Nice. Did you add anything to the moose for a touch of fat?NASH wrote:Mooseburgers.

Usually I get 5% fat added to my mince when I get my moose mince made up at the butcher. Keeps it from being too dry, not that I mind it all moose mind you.LeafMan66_67 wrote: Nice. Did you add anything to the moose for a touch of fat?

Re: The Official What's Cooking Thread [Food Porn]
Awesome. I'm so making some burgers this weekend.
I told my daughter last night that I wanted to make some nice burgers soon, with bacon and smoked cheese, and asked if I should make one when I'm by myself (tonight) or wait until the weekend when she can have some too. She told me to wait, a chip off the old block!

Hard to go wrong with moose. Beautiful burger. I would take that over "fancy" burgers any day.NASH wrote:Mooseburger clone![]()

Nevermind the moose.. that's a fine looking bun! The bun is underrated when it comes to burgers, but it can definitely make or break one..NASH wrote:

The pies (and beer) were delicious. A couple tweaks on the Kamado setup and they'll be perfect

So fired up the Kamado for its inaugural run, I love this thing already. On the menu tonight was a good quality ribeye with homemade herb butter, baked potatoes, and Tuscan peas.

Enjoy Mike.
Dry rub pork roast and herbed potatoes were a hit here tonight. I don't think of pics of food till it's too late.
