Very nice. I like that roasting method, usually throw some white wine in the pan with the veggies and top up with water as needed.

There's about a cup and a half of white wine in the bottom of the pan. :) Topping up with smoked turkey stock from the holidays.

What a handsome little fella she turned out to be. iPhone washed out the colour pretty bad but ended up with a nice golden skin. One of the nicer birds I've cooked in a while.

Bacon wrapped chicken for the kids.

Asian marinated steak for dad.. Sesame oil, soy, fish sauce, hoisin. Reduced that with some red wine after searing the steak. Sautéed broc with garlic and sesame oil. Sticky rice.

I have used the mango before, it was ok. The mangos in it were a bit young and too chunky. Good price though! The next time I use it I may can some to see how it preserves.
