Maybe Nash would make Gordon Ramsay look like a choir boy. lol He would need to be on a 10 second delay like Don Cherry. lol Nadia G off Bitching Kitchen and Nash would be a fusion of foods and pretty cool to watch.TimG wrote:Imagine all the 'bleeping' required for such a show!ddwood94 wrote:Nash you need a food network show!Looks fucking amazing as always.

Nice pizza and steak. Are you using the dry age bags, or wrapping with cloth?

Yup. They came up with a "vac mouse" to make them work with Foodsavers.mr x wrote:Did you use a foodsaver unit?NASH wrote:I'm trying out the UMAi bags, results to follow. In 28 days

Re: The Official What's Cooking Thread [Food Porn]
Not bad. The wide foodsaver bags are 11" and the one I used was 12" so the first seal didn't quite get it all, 2nd seal did. Plus it was a bit of pain to get slid into the slot, I ended up using the mouse pieces toward the center of the bag opening. The flat-type Foodsaver would work better, I think. The "mouse" seems to be the same material that un-assembled bookshelf pieces or something would be wrapped in for protectionmr x wrote:Cool, that's new. Might look at them again.
