Maybe Nash would make Gordon Ramsay look like a choir boy. lol He would need to be on a 10 second delay like Don Cherry. lol Nadia G off Bitching Kitchen and Nash would be a fusion of foods and pretty cool to watch.

Nice pizza and steak. Are you using the dry age bags, or wrapping with cloth?

Yup. They came up with a "vac mouse" to make them work with Foodsavers.

Cool, that's new. Might look at them again. Did it seem to work well?

Not bad. The wide foodsaver bags are 11" and the one I used was 12" so the first seal didn't quite get it all, 2nd seal did. Plus it was a bit of pain to get slid into the slot, I ended up using the mouse pieces toward the center of the bag opening. The flat-type Foodsaver would work better, I think. The "mouse" seems to be the same material that un-assembled bookshelf pieces or something would be wrapped in for protection  It'd likely work with a 2" strip of Foodsaver or Seal-A-Meal bag slid in. Just something to keep the smooth bag from sucking itself shut until you want to seal it.

Pies look great! Garlic fingers are a big hit here as well.

Here's the turn in box from earlier today, good for second place bragging rights!
