 Usually my pics are dark as shit but I recently replaced a burnt out bulb in there so that one's brighter than usual. The camera on my phone is pretty good with decent light but my kitchen pics usually suck. That and this POS tapatalk shrink and reduce the quality of the photos I post here. Sucks because it's so convenient.

Brisket looks awesome. Still haven't cooked one but need to get on that!

Prepping a picnic ham for some smoke. Injected with apple juice.

Nice. You really need to grab a brisket. Really easy, just like a pulled pork. This was really tender to put the probe in too. High expectations.

I'm playing a gig at a pig roast to to tonight. Also supposed to have some smoked brisket and a few deep fried turkeys. It's going to be epic!

My only problem with brisket is that whenever I do one it's so fucking good I pig out and end up getting sick of it for a while. :mmm:

I have the opposite problem! The last two I made I didn't get enough because I was the last one to sit down once everyone else was served!. Luckily I have one waiting to go on the egg tomorrow that's only 7# and no visitors. Have a plank or two of ribs going on as well with a my latest bastardized cherry bbq sauce, it was great on some thick cut pork chops so I loosened it up with some apple juice and whiskey. Hope it turns out.

And leafman66-67, you can grab a trial sized one from the sobeys on larry utteck, they will cut almost any size you want as long as you ask the meat counter.
