I had an idea for a good burger and went with it. Greg, you raise the bar high so here ya go...
For the meat, loose sausage formed into a patty. Cavicchis, from Nova Scotia. I love their sausage, fucking great.
Smoked bacon, smoked gouda, swiss, homemade sauerkraut, dijon and regular mustard, pretzel bun steamed in dunkel, perogies.
Yeah, it was pretty fucking good.
Served with a Munich Dunkel.
To improve I'd use a homemade pretzel bun with salt on top, 2 boy's smoked bacon, and maybe a smaller patty. I made 2 patties from that meat but could have done 3. Something spicy would be nice too.

Yeah I added ZERO peppers to this although I had a notion to stew some with the kraut. I wanted to taste the goods as much as possible but it was missing a required zing.

Those burgers were horribly spicy.
