May look like a dog's breakfast, but I consider guacamole a food group.

So I thought I would make some Epic Hamburglars tonight, and here is what I came up with. My son and I devoured these 2 beauties, while sitting in the sun.
-Grass fed beef
-Kaiser bun ( A little large )
-Boston Lettuce
-Hothouse Tommy
-Dill Pickles
-Old cheddar cheese
-Shitty Larsens Bacon
-Jalapeno Mayo with a touch of hot sauce
-Topped with a Garlic Stuffed Olive
:bbq:

A couple burgers from a shitty propane grill.. (I don't have access to my Kamado all the time.. :( ) Turned out not bad considering, pulled em off at just the right time.

Louisiana style seafood boil without the seafood, it's fun to make. The sausage is Pilers's Hungarian and Schnider's smoked. I like the Hungarian more because of the lactic. You're supposed to use andouille sausage but I haven't seen it around.

Superstore was actually carrying Andouille this winter. I picked up a bunch and vacuum sealed it and tossed it in the freezer for the summer. Thinking some Gumbo and Jambalaya is in order.

I cooked/smoked them at 225F......3 hours at first, 2 hours wrapped in tinfoil, and 1 hour unwrapped with sauce on it. They turned out amazing. Any errors in my process that I should do differently next time?
