Great day of smoking and working on the mountain bike. Kamado is working awesome, quite easy to hang out doing a 250F low and slow, but looks like I need some sort of heat diffuser when trying to low temp cooks.

Big ole feast of side ribs, a sirloin roast, and some chicken thighs.

Looks like I need to upload the pictures in reverse order to get them to show up in the proper order.. look from bottom to top, ha.

Tim I use a round pizza stone that leaves about 3/4" gap around the outside and only use the top to smoke longer runs.
If Greg takes a break from smoking Hop Oil maybe he will post the link to the stuff he showed me. I believe it was BGE accessories. They had a diffuser that fits under the lower tray.

Some of the smaller stores were open. Indian food store on Robie (everybody needs to check this store out). Planet Organic was also open, although it may have been cheaper to break into Sobeys and pay for a lawyer, lol. I knew the big stores were closed.

Planning on smoking some more maple bacon and picked up a 19.5 lb pork belly. I froze half of it and the other half is currently curing in the fridge for a week.
